Building enduring relationships and structured opportunities across borders.
Our business development work is institutional in tone and outcome-driven in execution — focused on partnerships and projects that align with the long-term direction of the organisations we serve.

UAE Business Environment
Direct, on-the-ground experience operating within RAKEZ and the broader UAE regulatory and commercial landscape.
A structured path from first assessment to long-term presence.
Assessment and feasibility
We map objectives, regulatory constraints and market fit before any commitment, so decisions are taken on evidence rather than assumptions.
Structure and set-up
Corporate structure, licensing, banking introductions and local requirements are coordinated end to end within the UAE framework.
Partnerships and market entry
We open qualified institutional and commercial channels, prepare the documentation and accompany the first negotiations.
Execution and oversight
We remain operational alongside the client: milestones, reporting and corrective action until the mandate objectives are met.
What every mandate guarantees.
Our engagements are governed by written terms. These are the commitments applied to every client, without exception.
Written scope and fixed fees
Every mandate begins with a signed engagement letter defining deliverables, timeline and fees. No variable costs are introduced without prior written approval.
Strict confidentiality
NDA signed before any disclosure. Client information, documents and negotiations are never shared with third parties, and are stored in an access-controlled environment.
Single senior point of contact
You work directly with the professional responsible for the mandate. No handover to junior staff, no dispersed communication.
Regulatory compliance
All structures are set up in full compliance with UAE authorities and free-zone regulations, with documentation ready for banking and audit review.
Transparent reporting
Scheduled progress reports and an online client area with documents, updates and meetings available at any time.
No commission conflicts
We are not remunerated by suppliers, banks or intermediaries introduced to the client. Our advice remains independent.
Corridors we cover.
Before we start working together.
Why Ras Al Khaimah and not Dubai?
RAKEZ offers lower set-up and operating costs, faster procedures and the same access to the Gulf market and to UAE banking. For most companies it is the more rational entry point, with the option to open a Dubai presence later.
How long does it take to become operational?
Company set-up and licensing are usually completed within a few weeks. The commercial phase — partnerships and first contracts — depends on the sector and is planned within the mandate.
Do you also follow execution or only strategy?
We follow execution. Advisory without operational oversight rarely produces results, so we stay involved through coordination, monitoring and on-the-ground follow-up.
How are fees defined?
Fixed fee per phase, agreed in advance in the engagement letter. Retainer arrangements are available for continuous mandates.
Do you work with small companies too?
Yes, provided the project is realistic. We conduct a preliminary assessment and tell you clearly if the UAE is not the right answer for your objectives.
